Hey hey. Important notice.

To those who don't have the template of the caucus sheet yet, either leave your email here, or contact me anyyywhere ; facebook, text, phone, y!m. Specify if you want to download the template yourself, or if you want me to send you the actual template.

It's important that you get this by tomorrow [Friday] because I usually don't wake up early on Saturdays. :)) Yes, because this sheet and the information you'll put there is due on or before 12 noon of March 5, 2011, Saturday. Submit one for each day of the ASEAN Summit to Maxine at gloriousnunal@yahoo.com. Or you can also submit hard copies to her, but I doubt it because you'll get the template by tomorrow. =)) Oh, if you don't submit the caucus sheets by the said time and date, Maxine will be VERY VERY MAD. Yes, she told me that. :))

So, that's all, I think. Just follow the instructions indicated in the template. Don't forget to change the title ["PEACE, ORDER & SECURITY"] to the corresponding category [either peace, order & security, climate change & resource management, or poverty alleviation & human development] where your goals fall in. If you have nothing to do with any of the categories said above, you are still required to submit. Indicate that you are not related to the issues and include what you did during the caucuses.

UPDATE! This paper is not due anymore at 12 noon, since Maxine will update the sheet that you're gonna send, but it's still due today, March 5, 2011. However, I'll still continue to distribute the sheets, since that's basically what you need to submit, you'll just add stuff to it. :D
