the first post with long tests :|

Hey Ilang! :) this is the first post of the year with a list of long tests *yaaay!* =)) jk. :P anyway.
Monday:
Oh. WE NEED TO CONFIRM WHO'S BRINGING THE CUTTINGS/SEEDLINGS BY SATURDAY NIGHT. Otherwise, we have to just bring for ourselves (1 per Bio pair), cause we won't be sure and it's our responsibility anyway. (whaaat, labo. :)) )
By the way, we have to get the English handout by tomorrow so we can study it by Tuesday.
And to get the handouts, we need class fundsssss. :> :))
Tuesday:
English - The group work where you have to look for the Shakespearean and Petrarchan Sonnets. And study the new handout. :D
Chem - We have a lab activity, so bring your lab gowns! :)
Soc Sci - I'm not sure if this is still advanced or already required, but just in case, read Chapter 2 Sections 3-5 of the text. If you don't have it yet, it's about time you get one.
Music - The 2 major scales with at least 2 accidentals.
Art - The two tableau's. Odd numbers get Guernica by Picasso, even numbers get The Last Supper.
Thursday:
Geom - Here. And on Friday, July 2 at 8:20-9:10, we will have a make-up class.
You can also start with the Geom song. :))
Friday:
Fil - READ.
Art - This is when the interview project is due.
ooh, LONG TESTS:
July 1, Thursday - comp sci. I'm sorry I don't exactly know the coverage. :|
July 2, Friday - chem. Dunno the coverage either, probably just SF. :D
THE GEOM LONG TEST WILL BE MOVED TO JULY 5, MONDAY.
You want proof? Here's proof.
and that's about it. Just tell me if I missed anything. :)

Do we even need to put a title?

Okay, so I went home late. Ba't walang nagupdate for homeworks. :( I came from GH e. HAHA, SHARING. :) My head hurts, sorry for the crappy mood.
  • Filipino - Read El Fili. Sorry for nagging. :))
  • Chem - Bring your lab gown! And get excited. :>
  • SocSci - Advance read. This is the only way we could pass Sir Martin's pre-quizzes. Stocked knowledge doesn't work. Well, for me.
  • Tech Skills - Just bring your trebuchets.
  • Art - Since we walked out a while ago, I think we'll have the tableau tomorrow. The deadline of the accordion book is also tomorrow until 4pm. Good luck, crammers!

Get excited for tomorrow, it's Friday! We have lots of breaks for last minute touches on your projects. :> I'll post the homeworks for next week tomorrow, or someone else kung maunahan ako. :))

*By the way, don't forget to bring 20 pesos for the class funds! :))

BC Update =))

Hey Ilang-Ilang :)) News from Sir Martin and the Batch Council. I'll need from you guys suggestions and help for our activities this school year.

1. Outreach -
We will have an outreach program on August 6 I think (I'll ask them again just in case). I will need from you suggestions on where can we go for the outreach. (e.g. Tahanan Walang Hagdan, etc.) Can you pls. also get the contact details of the manager of that place. About the transpo, sir said we can rent Jeeps (about P3500) but if not, we can maybe ask for transpo (cars, vans, etc.) We should also look daw for another teacher to accompany us, along with Ma'am Docto.(*cough* edit)

2. Field Trip (\m/) -
Where do you want to go for your field trip. :D The teachers want us to have a temple tour in Manila (they actually have temples) and/or Laguna de Bay. (*cough* edit)

3. Batch Shirt Design -
We need at least 1 batch shirt design for our section. Ok lng kung marami though :)) You can make a design for our batch t-shirt and give it to me. I will later on give it to the council for posting which is ok which we will later on ask for voting from the batch (*cough* edit)

4. Fund Raising -
Pls. give us suggestions/ideas for the fundraiser for our batch. It can be a concert, collection, anything :))

Oh yeah. Other announcements

1. Monday is tree planting day. We may have a BACON (Batch Congress) on that day.

2. Acquaintance Party

Here are the details

a. It may be potluck (not sure)

b. It's July 16, from 5:00 -6:30, after Perio (*cough* edit)

c. We'll have to clean-up though. The janitors will not be there anymore at that time. But if we clean, sir can give us House points :-bd (*cough* edit)

d. From 6:00-6:30 we can crash other sections' parties (room hop)

e. other details will come soon.

You don't really need to answer today or tomorrow. We'll talk about it on Monday. I'll only need a few suggestions though, but those may be the ones that will be the future of our batch. Thanks for reading this post :D Class Officers, we need to talk :)) Have a meeting at least :-bd
